Business Development Advisor (Communities & Partnerships) — Ai Merchantry™

Our Business Development Advisors specialize in building partnerships and engaging with communities — expanding awareness of Ai Merchantry’s programs, creating opportunities for collaboration, and opening new doors for client and advisor relationships.

This is a commission-only, entrepreneurial role designed for professionals who thrive on networking, outreach, and strategic business development. Supported by Ai Merchantry’s branded programs, events, and digital tools, you’ll help us bring financial literacy, protection, and wealth-building opportunities into communities and organizations nationwide.

Key Focus Areas for Ai Merchantry Financial Advisors:

  • Community Engagement – Develop relationships with faith-based organizations, chambers of commerce, veteran associations, and cultural networks

  • Strategic Partnerships – Build connections with Centers of Influence (COIs), such as attorneys, CPAs, and business leaders, to create referral pipelines.

  • Event Collaboration – Coordinate and co-host educational workshops and webinars like Blueprints to Black Wealth™, We-LL Care™, BOSS™, and Protected Tomorrows™.

  • Advisor Support – Partner with Ai Merchantry’s financial, insurance, and annuity advisors to connect them with new client and community opportunities.

  • Lead Generation – Use Ai Merchantry tools such as LifeLink™, CuriosityQuote™, and GoHighLevel funnels to track, nurture, and convert leads.

  • Pipeline Management – Document outreach efforts, follow up with contacts, and maintain relationship-building consistency.

  • Brand Representation – Represent Ai Merchantry with professionalism and alignment to our values at community events, conferences, and industry meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; business, marketing, or communications a plus

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or community outreach

  • Existing relationships in community networks, nonprofits, or professional associations a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, GoHighLevel), DocuSign, and Microsoft 365

  • Strong communication, public speaking, and networking skills

  • Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check

Roles & Expectations — Business Development Advisor (Communities & Partnerships)

  • Engage with Communities — Build relationships with faith-based organizations, chambers of commerce, veteran associations, and cultural groups to expand Ai Merchantry’s reach.

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships — Cultivate connections with Centers of Influence (COIs) such as attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, and business leaders.

  • Drive Event Participation — Support and co-host community events, educational workshops, and webinars, including Ai Merchantry programs like Blueprints to Black Wealth™, We-LL Care™, Protected Tomorrows™, and BOSS™.

  • Generate Leads & Referrals — Use Ai Merchantry’s tools (LifeLink™, CuriosityQuote™, Asset-Map™, GoHighLevel funnels) to capture, track, and nurture leads.

  • Support Advisor Teams — Connect Financial Advisors, Insurance Agents, and Annuities/IUL Advisors with the right communities and partnership opportunities.

  • Manage Outreach Pipeline — Document conversations, schedule follow-ups, and ensure partnership activity aligns with growth goals.

  • Represent the Brand — Serve as an ambassador for Ai Merchantry at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities, reflecting our values of honesty, intentionality, and balance.

  • Contribute to Growth — Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities for expanding Ai Merchantry’s community impact and market presence.

Compensation & Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based role. Compensation is earned by:

  • Generating new client and advisor opportunities through community engagement

  • Creating partnership channels that lead to new business and referrals

  • Contributing to team revenue through event participation and lead conversion

  • Leveraging Ai Merchantry programs and branded tools to expand market presence

There is no base salary and no income cap — your earnings reflect the partnerships you create and the business you help generate.

What Determines Your Income? — Business Development Advisor

At Ai Merchantry™, your income as a Business Development Advisor is commission-only and uncapped. Earnings are tied directly to the partnerships you establish, the communities you engage, and the business opportunities you generate for our advisors and programs.

Key Factors That Determine Income

  1. Community Engagement

    • The number and quality of relationships built with churches, chambers of commerce, veteran groups, nonprofits, and cultural associations.

    • Ability to connect Ai Merchantry with new audiences who need protection, planning, and legacy solutions.

  2. Strategic Partnerships

    • Referrals and opportunities created through Centers of Influence (COIs) such as CPAs, attorneys, and business leaders.

    • Partnerships that generate recurring opportunities for multiple advisors across Ai Merchantry’s platform.

  3. Event & Program Participation

    • Co-hosting and supporting Ai Merchantry workshops, seminars, and webinars (e.g., Blueprints to Black Wealth™, We-LL Care™, BOSS™, Protected Tomorrows™).

    • The volume of attendees, leads, and conversions from these events.

  4. Lead Generation & Marketing

    • Effective use of Ai Merchantry’s digital tools like LifeLink™, CuriosityQuote™, GoHighLevel funnels, and Asset-Map™ to generate qualified prospects.

    • Consistency in following up, nurturing, and connecting prospects with the right advisor.

  5. Advisor Collaboration

    • The revenue and growth produced by connecting communities with our Financial, Insurance, IUL, and Annuities Advisors.

    • Your contribution to team-wide performance and market expansion.

  6. Consistency & Ownership

    • The intentionality you bring to outreach, relationship management, and pipeline development.

    • Advisors who consistently engage in community work and partnership building see exponential income growth.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Flexible, remote-friendly position with regular in-person community or event participation

  • Requires extended computer use for CRM tracking, email outreach, and virtual meetings

  • Occasional light lifting (event kits, materials) up to 15 lbs

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To engage with Ai Merchantry™ as a licensed financial advisor, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must hold or obtain appropriate state insurance and/or financial licenses

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Ai Merchantry™ may request verification of identity and work authorization in accordance with I-9 and E-Verify standards

  • Must be willing to undergo a background check as part of our commitment to professionalism, ethics, and fiduciary integrity

  • May be asked to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement to protect client relationships and brand standards
