This is a commission-only, entrepreneurial role designed for professionals who want to specialize in long-term care solutions. As part of Ai Merchantry’s fractional family office model, you’ll educate, guide, and empower clients with clarity, compassion, and integrity.
Support Senior Wealth Advisors in delivering holistic, values-based planning — with growing ownership of select client relationships
Contribute to financial plans and investment strategies aligned with each client’s vision of living well and leaving well™
Drive preparation and follow-up for meaningful client meetings, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and care
Mentor junior team members by modeling excellence, precision, and patience
Take initiative on client execution items, steadily progressing toward independent relationship management
Understand and manage business processes including onboarding workflows, fee schedules, and client agreements
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with COIs and referral partners in alignment with our community-based model
Act as a key contributor to team-based revenue goals, innovation, and client experience improvements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced education a plus
4–8 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or insurance planning
One of the following designations required: CFP®, CFA®, CPA, JD, or MBA
Proven ability to deliver client-centric financial strategies across wealth, risk, tax, and legacy planning
Proficiency with Ai Merchantry’s core toolset, including CRM, DocuSign, Microsoft 365, and platforms like Asset-Map™, eMoney®, or other planning software
Mentorship & Team Development – Actively uplifts others through thoughtful guidance and peer support
Relationship & Practice Management – Balances people-centered service with disciplined execution
Attention to Detail & Strategic Thinking – Capable of deep analysis without losing sight of the big picture
Communication Mastery – Clear, concise, and timely across written, verbal, and visual mediums
Emotional Intelligence – Leads with empathy, reads the room, and builds trust at every step
Ownership Mindset – Sees every task as an opportunity to make an impact; follows through with excellence

This position is designed for entrepreneurial professionals who are passionate about building their own client base, growing a personal brand within the Ai Merchantry™ ecosystem, and helping individuals, families, and business owners live well and leave well™.
As a commission-only opportunity, this role offers unlimited earning potential based on your drive, consistency, and ability to deliver intentional, high-value solutions. You’ll have access to Ai Merchantry’s proprietary tools, branded programs, and national support network — all designed to help you scale your practice and serve with purpose.
This is a 100% commission-based role. Compensation is earned through client acquisition, product placement, service delivery, and relationship management. Advisors are paid in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, and compensation varies based on individual performance, product mix, carrier contracts, and client volume.
There is no guaranteed base salary. Earnings are based on a tiered and scalable commission schedule — designed to reward those who take ownership, build relationships, and deliver solutions.

Income potential is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
The number and quality of client relationships you build
The products and planning strategies you implement (life insurance, annuities, long-term care, premium financing, etc.)
Your consistency in following up, educating, and earning trust
Your engagement in Ai Merchantry programs such as LifeLink™, BOSS, We‑LL Care™, Blueprints to Black Wealth, and more
Your ability to leverage tech tools like Asset-Map™, LifeLink™, Ensight, GoHighLevel, and other technology to enhance service and retention
While average earnings vary widely by advisor, many committed professionals build a six-figure income within 18–36 months. However, success is not guaranteed — only empowered.
Ai Merchantry™ is a platform that empowers licensed professionals to build their own book of business while leveraging digital tools, strategic partnerships, and flexible support models.
This is a remote-friendly, commission-only opportunity, allowing advisors to work from a location of their choice. While the majority of tasks can be performed virtually, the role does require:
The ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for daily planning and client communication
Occasional in-person meetings, events, or seminars (as scheduled by you or your team)
Comfort handling light materials such as marketing kits, iPads, or promotional materials (typically under 15 pounds)

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must hold or obtain appropriate state insurance and/or financial licenses
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Ai Merchantry™ may request verification of identity and work authorization in accordance with I-9 and E-Verify standards
Must be willing to undergo a background check as part of our commitment to professionalism, ethics, and fiduciary integrity
May be asked to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreement to protect client relationships and brand standards
