This is a commission-only opportunity for entrepreneurial professionals ready to educate clients, design strategies, and build their own book of business within Ai Merchantry’s platform.
Collaborate with Wealth & Insurance Advisors to deliver IUL solutions that fit within a client’s broader financial plan.
Demonstrate advanced fluency in IUL structures, including policy design, premium funding, loan strategies, and long-term performance.
Prepare client recommendations by analyzing product illustrations, structuring policies for both protection and cash accumulation.
Support client meetings by preparing visuals, explaining policy mechanics, and driving intentional follow-up.
Mentor & support teammates by sharing IUL insights, training junior staff, and modeling ethical policy design.
Act as a secondary advisor on complex IUL cases, progressing toward independent client management.
Advance execution skills by handling policy applications, underwriting coordination, and in-force management.
Understand and manage processes including compliance documentation, carrier submissions, and suitability requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and COIs to expand reach and support team revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced education a plus
4–8 years of financial services, insurance, or advanced life insurance planning experience (preferred)
Active Life & Health license required
Advanced knowledge of Indexed Universal Life products and their role in wealth-building, estate planning, and retirement strategies
Proficiency with illustration tools, policy design software, and platforms like Asset-Map™, Ensight, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365
Strong communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex product mechanics for clients
Client-Centered Education – Explains IUL in clear, relatable ways that empower client decision-making
Ownership Mindset – Takes responsibility for building and managing a personal book of business
Analytical Thinking – Structures policies and funding strategies with precision and intention
Relationship Building – Develops long-term trust with clients, advisors, and carrier partners

This role is designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to build a book of business centered on Indexed Universal Life (IUL) — a powerful tool for protection, wealth-building, and legacy creation.
At Ai Merchantry™, you’ll operate as an independent, commission-only advisor, supported by our platform of tools, training, and branded programs. This means your earnings are not capped by a salary but instead reflect your ability to educate clients, design strategic policies, and grow lasting relationships.
As an IUL Advisor, your income is determined by:
New policy placements and case designs
Premium volume and funding strategies (including advanced solutions like Kaizen™ Premium Financing)
Ongoing service and policy management, which create renewal commissions and client retention opportunities
Client and community engagement, including participation in Ai Merchantry workshops, webinars, and impact programs
There is no base salary. Compensation is 100% commission-based, scalable, and directly aligned with your effort, activity, and the value you create for clients. Many IUL Advisors build six-figure incomes within 18–36 months, with unlimited potential for growth.
This is a 100% commission-based role. Compensation is paid directly through contracted carriers and is based on product type, premium volume, and case design.

Premium financing and advanced case strategies (e.g., Kaizen™)
Client retention, in-force management, and additional funding strategies
Participation in Ai Merchantry programs and client workshops
There is no base salary and no income cap — income potential is directly tied to your ability to design, educate, and build client trust.

Annual client reviews and ongoing in-force policy management generate renewal commissions and strengthen trust.
Advanced Solutions & Case Complexity
Incorporating IUL into retirement income planning, estate strategies, and legacy planning creates greater case value.
Lead Generation & Marketing
Leveraging Ai Merchantry tools like LifeLink™, Asset-Map™, Ensight™, and Patrick Kelly’s Tax-Free Retirement webinars to attract and educate new clients.
Collaboration & Community Engagement
Working with other advisors, Centers of Influence (COIs), and Ai Merchantry programs like Blueprints to Black Wealth™, BOSS™, and We-LL Care™ expands opportunities.

Ai Merchantry™ is a platform that empowers licensed professionals to build their own book of business while leveraging digital tools, strategic partnerships, and flexible support models.
This is a remote-friendly, commission-only opportunity, allowing advisors to work from a location of their choice. While the majority of tasks can be performed virtually, the role does require:
The ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for daily planning and client communication
Occasional in-person meetings, events, or seminars (as scheduled by you or your team)
Comfort handling light materials such as marketing kits, iPads, or promotional materials (typically under 15 pounds)

Must hold or obtain appropriate state insurance and/or financial licenses
