This is a commission-only, entrepreneurial opportunity for licensed professionals ready to grow their own book of business using our tools, branded programs, and community-based model. We offer a platform that supports both independence and collaboration — giving you the freedom to build, with the infrastructure to thrive.
Educate individuals, families, and small business owners on Life & Health insurance options including term, permanent, LTC, Medicare, disability, and more
Utilize Ai Merchantry’s branded tools such as LifeLink™, CuriosityQuote™, and Asset-Map™ to guide client discovery and recommendation processes
Build, manage, and grow your personal book of business with support from our advisor community and training network
Co-host webinars and educational events featuring Ai Merchantry programs such as We‑LL Care™, BOSS (Business Owner Solutions System), and Protected Tomorrows™
Generate new leads and referrals through intentional outreach, digital tools, and strategic partnerships
Offer ongoing service and annual reviews to maintain client engagement and retention
Follow all compliance protocols and maintain active licensure in required states
Active Life & Health Insurance License required (multi-state preferred)
Proven experience in sales, client education, or insurance advisory (2+ years ideal, but not required)
Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check
Familiarity with quoting platforms, DocuSign, and CRM tools such as Salesforce or GoHighLevel is a plus
Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for helping others
Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to operate independently and follow through

Educate & Empower Clients — Help individuals, families, and business owners understand and select the right Life & Health products, including Term, Whole Life, IUL, Annuities, LTC, Disability, and Medicare supplements.
Build & Grow a Book of Business — Take ownership of your pipeline by developing relationships, following up consistently, and nurturing long-term trust.
Leverage Ai Merchantry Tools — Use platforms like LifeLink™, CuriosityQuote™, Asset-Map™, and Ensight to create engaging, client-friendly presentations and proposals.
Co-Host Events & Webinars — Partner on Ai Merchantry educational events such as We-LL Care™, Blueprints to Black Wealth™, BOSS™, and Protected Tomorrows™ to expand your reach.
Client Reviews & Service — Conduct policy reviews, explain updates, and ensure ongoing alignment with clients’ evolving needs.
Compliance & Licensing — Stay current with continuing education and maintain active state Life & Health licenses.
Collaboration — Work with other advisors, subject matter experts, and partners within Ai Merchantry’s fractional family office model to deliver holistic solutions.
Community Engagement — Represent Ai Merchantry at faith-based organizations, chambers of commerce, veteran associations, and other community outreach opportunities.
This is a 100% commission-based role — ideal for self-starters ready to control their income and scale a practice over time. Commissions are paid directly by carrier partners and vary based on product type, contract level, and state.
Your earnings are determined by:
New client acquisition
Product placement (Life, LTC, Medicare, Annuities, Disability, etc.)
Participation in co-hosted programs and webinars
Team building or referral partnerships (optional)
There is no base salary and no income cap — only opportunity.

Income potential is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
The number and quality of client relationships you build
The products and planning strategies you implement (life insurance, annuities, long-term care, premium financing, etc.)
Your consistency in following up, educating, and earning trust
Your engagement in Ai Merchantry programs such as LifeLink™, BOSS, We‑LL Care™, Blueprints to Black Wealth, and more
Your ability to leverage tech tools like Asset-Map™, LifeLink™, Ensight, GoHighLevel, and other technology to enhance service and retention
While average earnings vary widely by advisor, many committed professionals build a six-figure income within 18–36 months. However, success is not guaranteed — only empowered.
This is a remote-friendly position with the flexibility to work from home or meet clients in the field. The role may require:
Prolonged periods at a computer
Occasional light lifting (under 15 lbs) for event materials or client kits
In-person attendance at community seminars or networking events (optional but encouraged)
