Mr. Carden serves as Founder and CEO of Ai Merchantry® and Agency Director of Americas Insurance Merchantry®. Mr. Carden is responsible for the strategic growth of AiM and its national network of independent agents and Advisors . Prior to AiM, Mr. Carden founded EastCoast Packaging, a manufacturing firm serving the pharmaceutical industry, where he led operations for over 25 years. Mr. Carden also launched ReadyWrap®, a patented product featured on QVC with sales exceeding 250,000 units. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carden operated a contract cleaning business serving major commercial clients across North Carolina. Mr. Carden brings over three decades of entrepreneurial experience spanning product development, manufacturing, marketing, and agency leadership.
