Earlier in her career, Ms. Hager held leadership roles at Constellation Energy and Heartland Payment Systems, where she drove team performance and client retention. Her background includes banking, customer service, and managing a household of four children. Ms. Hager is licensed in Life and Health Insurance and is known for her mentorship, organization, and client-first leadership.
